How does muscle electrical stimulation work?

In contrast to EMS training, which primarily strengthens muscle contractions, electromagnetic stimulation with the CRISTAL Fit® specifically triggers muscle contractions. This is done with the help of magnetic waves. The generated supramaximal contraction (contraction with full load) specifically strengthens the respective muscles. Body contours are defined. A 30-minute treatment with electromagnetic stimulation simulates a total of 20,000 sit-ups or squats.

The CRISTAL Fit® is mostly used on the abdomen, legs or buttocks and is painless; however, the procedure can be applied to all parts of the body that are to be built up muscularly – also in the calf area. For example, like after an intensive workout, it is possible that in the next few days after the procedure there will be muscle soreness, which occurs naturally in the course of building muscle mass.

Visible results after electrical muscle stimulation

The visible results of electrical muscle stimulation also vary depending on the individual training status and the muscle mass of the person being treated.
